Deliver nurse-led assessments and contribute to advanced clinical decision-making, including treatment suitability and symptom management. Manage complex oncology-related symptoms such as pain, nausea, mucositis, fatigue, and psychosocial distress. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality cancer care.
