**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Clinical Oncology Pharmacist, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services within our outpatient infusion centers. The role demands advanced clinical support for a wide range of oncology therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and bio/biosimilar drugs.
Every day you will review, verify, and adjust treatments, monitor patient outcomes, and collaborate extensively with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care. You will also be involved in developing and implementing treatment guidelines, managing formularies, and leading novel oncology initiatives. You will provide medication order review, symptom management, and critical education to providers, patients, and caregivers.
