About the Role
We are hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to support a growing behavioral health organization.
This is a role for someone who can step into a fast-moving environment, identify operational gaps, and improve systems without waiting for direction.
You will work across intake, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and compliance , helping leadership improve operational performance and build scalable systems.
This is not a task-following role . You are expected to think critically, make decisions, and move work forward independently.
