About the Role Manage the prescription request workflow. Manage complex face to face medication reviews with an emphasis on seeing patients with polypharmacy, deprescribing, and opiate prescribing. Manage network quality activities such as sharing best practice and cross-network audit. Develop and manage medicines optimisation services within the network practices.
