This essential role focuses on modernisingcare pathways and fostering collaboration across professional boundaries withinour expanding Primary Care Network. The successful candidate will lead PCN-wideprojects and should be able to work independently while demonstratinginitiative and expertise. Key responsibilities will include conductingmedication review clinics, executing electronic prescribing, and performingMHRA safety searches. Please note that Independent Prescribing is a compulsoryrequirement for this position, given the scope of responsibilities, which alsoencompass medication queries, high-risk drug monitoring, and ensuringcompliance with CQC standards.
