Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to contribute expertise in a 100-bed community hospital setting located approximately 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City. This direct-hire position offers a chance to work day shifts supporting a dynamic healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians.
- Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring.
- Consult collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care.
- Utilize Meditech IT system for managing medication records and workflows.
