Overview
Clinical Pharmacist – Langley Memorial Hospital – Part‑time (18‑month contract) with Fraser Health Authority. This role utilizes clinical pharmacy expertise to advance patient medication therapy within a collaborative hospital environment.
Salary
Hourly rate: CAD $51.37 – $64.19 (part‑time hours). Competitive benefits package is available.
Responsibilities
- Individualized patient medication therapy and counselling.
- Collaboration with physicians, nurses and other health providers to develop, implement and monitor therapeutic plans.
- Development of drug therapy guidelines for disease conditions and preparation of professional journal submissions.
- Participation in medication use evaluations, quality improvement initiatives and clinical drug trials.
- Mentorship and supervision of pharmacy students, residents and new staff.
