Warwick House Medical Practice under ToneValley PCN has an opportunity for 1 full-time enthusiastic and forward thinkingClinical Pharmacist to join our established and growing teams in providingmeaningful, patient centred support in general practice.
We are looking ideally for an experiencedClinical Pharmacist Independent Prescriber keen to develop their practicetowards the Advanced level and further roles for the future. Applications fromnewly qualified Pharmacists will be considered.
You will work across 1 main siteWarwick House Medical Practice but also be part of the Tone Valley PCNPharmacist team, which works across Taunton Vale, North Curry, Lyngford Parkand Creech Medical Centre.
