We are seeking a Full Time Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care & Surgery Centre, located in Surrey, BC. Fraser Health Authority partners with Provincial Health Services, Providence and Vancouver Coastal Health to provide integrated pharmaceutical care and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation services to internal and external health care professionals and apply advanced theory to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of pharmaceutical care in the designated specialty area.
