We are looking for an experienced scientist to support education and training for our physiologist healthcare science workforce. The Trust employs 1300 scientists across the life sciences, physiological and physical sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Training and mentoring physiologists.
- Competency assessment across audiology, cardiac physiology, and lung function.
- Provide clinical expertise in these areas.
- Lead and manage staff to ensure adherence to guidelines and protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in training and mentoring.
- Experience in clinical practice education and development, especially in audiology, cardiac physiology, or lung function.
- Pro‑active, highly motivated, well‑organised, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a senior team.
