Job Description
Required Education, Certifications, Experience:
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work with Certification.
- Minimum: 1 Year experience in a mental health or hospital setting. LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). This individual must demonstrate good communication skills both verbal and written, good judgment, flexibility, accountability, and acknowledge the standards of productivity set by the department. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills. Computer literacy.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a mental health setting. Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record.
