Job Description
UPMC Western Maryland is seeking a Clinical Professional Development Specialist to support our Professional Development Department.
This position will support our ICU Unit. Previous experience working in ICU, ED or PACU is highly preferred.
This is a Monday-Friday, dayshift position, but may need some flexibility for other shifts as needed; no weekends or holidays!

In this role, you'll provide hands-on, real-time education and support directly on the unit - working side by side with nurses to strengthen skills, confidence, and outcomes.
