About the Role
The Clinical Support Representative (Ortho/SPM) reports to the Sales Manager, Ortho. The role provides clinical support and training activities for products and services in the clinical environment, aligning with sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the representative maintains and develops relationships with customers and aligns clinical support with the sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on products while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Support surgical procedures in the hospital environment on an ‘as required’ basis.
- Manage the clinical training and in‑servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.
- Enhance operating efficiencies, including management of surgeon preferences and integration of warehouse and customer service initiatives.
