Reporting to the Operations Lead, this position is responsible for clinical support throughout the University Health Centre (UHC). Registration, patient flow, records management, answering patient inquiries, and completing referrals to specialists are all administrative functions that this position performs. Incumbents shall maintain a working knowledge of each of these various activities, with a primary focus on working in one area on any given day. The University Health Centre manages approximately 53,000 patient visits annually, and this position is critical to ensuring the efficient management of patients throughout the clinic.
