Main duties of the job Main duties To be responsible for a caseload of complex assessment, treatment and consultation work with children, adolescents and their families/carers and caring networks for those with problems of behavioural, emotional, attachment and trauma, emotional, psychological or mental health issues Demonstrate effective leadership within the team, including being involved in service development, delivering training and providing clinical supervision. To work as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing high quality mental health services to children and young people across East Hertfordshire. To work in ways which are sensitive to and appropriate for the needs of families from a wide range of racial, cultural and religious backgrounds. This includes abilities to understand and offer therapeutic interventions to a variety of family forms.
