Job Description
Main Responsibilities for a Closer:
- Work in and around our crew as we assist with guest service you will be preclosing and getting any tasks done in and around us to get out on time
- Consistently ensure the availability of clean materials by washing trays, dishes, pans, utensils and equipment. And be able to constantly move and work as a team
- Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen and FOH machines and appliances (coffee makers, pans, pots, mixers,).
Closing Crew Job Description:
We have vacant positions to train a well-organized and committed closing team. Our environment is fast-paced and we expect you to be able to work as part of a team. Whether you're a fit as a dishwasher or closing our kitchen area or helping take down the Custard machine and cleaning our FOH at the end of the night you will join a group of 5 - 6 individuals to get clean and out as a team.
