We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Closing Lead to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring the store finishes strong each day, with excellent customer service, clean presentation, and smooth closing operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead closing shift operations and daily store close-out

Ensure store is clean, organized, and fully recovered before closing

Support and motivate team members during closing hours

Handle end-of-day procedures, including cash handling and register closeout

Assist with merchandising and straightening the sales floor

Maintain strong customer service through final hours of operation

Communicate closing updates and issues with management

Ensure all closing checklists are completed accurately
