Account Executive – Singapore Enterprise – Sales – Slack

Responsibilities
  • Drive annual revenue (ACV) by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities with Slack customers in Singapore.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns.
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously across all stages of the Slack buying cycle.
  • Perform proactive outreach to new prospects and existing customers to expand usage.
  • Balance inbound communication and prioritize issues (billing, legal, security, technical inquiries).
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.
