Account Executive – Singapore Enterprise – Sales – Slack
Responsibilities- Drive annual revenue (ACV) by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities with Slack customers in Singapore.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns.
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously across all stages of the Slack buying cycle.
- Perform proactive outreach to new prospects and existing customers to expand usage.
- Balance inbound communication and prioritize issues (billing, legal, security, technical inquiries).
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and account executive roles.
