Cloud Administrator to join our project team, which is

RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain CTMs telecommunication systems including PBX, VoIP, SIP trunks, and Microsoft Teams. Configure call routing plans, IVR systems, and auto-attendants. Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning. Implement IAM policies, encryption protocols, and firewall rules for secure communication. Provide end-user support and troubleshoot telecommunication issues. REQUIREMENTS
