Job Description
Objective
The Cloud & Security Administrator is the senior technical authority responsible for cloud platforms, identity, security tooling, and risk-bearing systems. This role owns security posture, SaaS governance, disaster recovery, and cloud operations, with an emphasis on prevention, standardization, and long-term stability.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and administer security controls in Azure, Microsoft 365, and SaaS platforms (EDR, device compliance, policies)
- Ensure secure configuration, availability, and scalability of cloud services
- Support cloud-related incidents and outages
- Identity & Access Management
- Support hybrid identity environments and cloud integrations
- Perform and own periodic access reviews
- Enforce identity standards and privileged access controls (LAPS, gMSAs)
- Act as escalation point for identity-related incidents
