Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 operational support for Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu)
- Perform OS-level troubleshooting, service restarts, performance checks, and log analysis
- Support Windows services (AD, DNS, GPO, WSUS) and Linux services (systemd, cron, filesystem, package management)
- Handle incidents, problems and service requests via ITSM tools
- Support AWS services including EC2, EBS, S3, Systems Manager (Run Command, Patch Manager, Session Manager), and CloudWatch
- Assist with instance provisioning, validation, start/stop, resizing, snapshots, and recovery activities
- Support UAT and production readiness and BAU handover
- Manage VPCs, subnets, route tables, and security groups
- Support ingress/egress connectivity and Network Load Balancer (NLB) integrations
