Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and support Red Hat OpenShift environments and Kubernetes clusters. Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrades of OpenShift platforms. Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes technologies. Implement automation and CI/CD processes using DevOps tools such as GitLab, ArgoCD, and Terraform. Monitor platform performance, availability, security, and system health using monitoring tools. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to support business and technical requirements. Maintain platform security, access controls, networking, and storage configurations. Prepare technical documentation and provide operational support when required. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements
