Cloud Managed Services Engineer
We are looking for a Cloud Managed Services Engineer to join our Cloud Services Team. The role involves providing end‑to‑end management and technical support to debug diverse complex networking problems reported by customers on the Versa hosted platform/solution.
Responsibilities
- Help customers resolve product and network issues of varied complexity
- Replicate customer issues in a lab environment
- Collaborate with engineering team to replicate issues and test fixes
- Work on problems across all Versa Networks solutions
- Manage incident/ticket lifecycle
- Set up infrastructure
- Create knowledge articles
- Write bash/python scripts
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of VersaOne Platform (SASE, Security Service Edge, Advanced Security and Secure Network)
