- Product Planning:
- Conduct thorough customer research, competitor analysis, and data analysis to identify core needs and pain points of overseas enterprise clients, thereby uncovering product opportunities.
- Write high-quality product requirement documents (PRD), clearly defined product features, core values, and user experience. Develop executable long-term product roadmaps and version iteration plans.
- As a product feature owner, closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, design, algorithms, etc.) to efficiently drive product development, testing, and release processes, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
