Cloud Product Specialist

 - Support cloud product lifecycle from requirement gathering to launch and improvement.
 - Turn business and customer needs into product roadmap, features, and enhancement plans.
 - Coordinate with engineering, operations, sales, and support to ensure service readiness and issue resolution.
 - Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market activities to improve competitiveness and growth.
 - Track product performance, service quality, and market movement for continuous improvement.

Qualification

 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
 - 6–9 years of experience in cloud product, cloud solutions, or ICT product roles.
 - Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and service operations.
 - Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills in Thai and English.
