Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Alerts
- Design and implement end-to-end monitoring strategies across Azure and hybrid workloads
- Configure metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerting frameworks aligned to SRE and operational models
Troubleshooting & Operations
- Diagnose complex issues using logs, metrics, and distributed tracing
- Perform deep analysis of platform and application telemetry to identify root causes
- Support incident response , escalation handling, and post-incident reviews
