Entrust is currently looking for a Cloud Technical Program Manager to join our team. This position is based in our Shakopee, Minnesota, Ottawa, Canada, or Paris, France office and will report to the VP, SaaS & Infrastructure Operations. The Cloud Technical Program Manager serves as the single point of contact and strategic liaison between Entrust and its managed cloud services partners, ensuring seamless coordination across all internal functions—including Operations, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success—to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant SaaS platform operations. The Cloud TPM drives cross‑functional alignment, manages program execution, and ensures operational excellence across the cloud platform lifecycle, establishing a consistent reporting cadence, coordinating definition and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining an executive‑ready operational dashboard.
