Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and execute IT Platform strategy covering DevOps, Cloud, automation, and modernization initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day platform operations, including system deployment, upgrades, monitoring, incident and problem management, security, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Transform software development practices into a Continuous Delivery–driven SDLC in collaboration with development and QA teams.
- Drive infrastructure efficiency through automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Manage total cost of ownership of IT platforms and initiate cost optimization and savings initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with BSP regulations by maintaining updated policies, standards, and documentation in coordination with Compliance and Security teams.
