Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and overall activities of the Club and Restaurant.
- Manage all aspects of business performance, including staffing, customer service, and facility upkeep.
- Monitor and analyze revenue and expenses to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and guests, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Qualifications
- At least a college-level education.
- With proven experience in managing an entertainment club or similar establishment.
- Preferably residing in Dagupan City or nearby areas.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
