Club Manager – Padel (Dubai, UAE)
A friend is hiring a Padel Club Manager to help run operations across several locations in Dubai, covering over 20 courts. This role is perfect for someone who’s active in the padel scene and knows how to build community while keeping daily operations smooth and efficient.
What they’re looking for:
• Well-connected within the UAE padel community
• Strong experience organizing socials, leagues, and tournaments
• Proven ability to build club awareness through word-of-mouth and grassroots marketing
• Has ideally coached padel before or, at minimum, plays frequently and competitively
• Owns a car and has a valid UAE driving license
• Capable of managing receptionists across multiple venues and reporting directly to the ownership
Compensation:
• Base salary of AED 6,000/month
• Performance-based incentives and commissions depending on responsibilities and results
