Job Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Director /Director of Finance, the Accountant / Senior Accountant (General Ledger) is responsible for managing the month‑end closing of the Hotel, reconciling balance sheets, and ensuring compliance with financial standards (USALI ).
What You Will Be DoingKey responsibilities include posting journal entries, conducting intercompany reconciliations, and providing variance analysis for hotel operations.
Core Responsibilities & Job Scope- Month‑End & Year‑End Closing: preparing, reviewing and posting accruals, prepayments, and adjustment journal entries; ensuring timely submission of financial reports to Owner, Management or Corporate offices.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation: reconciling bank accounts and all balance sheet accounts to ensure proper preparation and accounting.
