Cluster Director of Digital Marketing
As a Cluster Director of Digital Marketing you will be a strategic leader responsible for conceiving, developing and executing the hotel’s comprehensive digital marketing and e‑commerce vision. This senior role involves spearheading all digital initiatives to drive significant online revenue growth across direct and indirect channels, elevate brand positioning and market share and champion digital innovation. Ensure the optimization of all digital customer journey touchpoints in alignment with the brand standards and overarching commercial objectives, leading the digital transformation efforts for the property. The role directly complements and contributes to the hotel’s B2C business mix by driving guest engagement, direct bookings and brand loyalty through targeted digital strategies.
