Based at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern and working for both hotels: Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern and Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich the Cluster Director of IT is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all IT systems and infrastructure across both properties. This role ensures seamless technology performance to support exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

As Cluster Director of IT you will be responsible for the following duties

  • Oversee and manage all IT operations across both properties, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
  • Leverage use of technology to enhance guest experience and business process.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all hotel systems, including Property Management Systems, POS, networks, and telecommunications.
