Cluster Executive Pastry Chef

Lead pastry and bakery operations across two luxury hospitality brands, delivering exceptional dessert experiences while ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the cluster pastry vision, creating signature desserts, bakery items, and seasonal specialties aligned with each brand’s identity.
- Design and implement pastry programs for afternoon tea, special events, wedding cakes, and VIP experiences.
- Oversee day‑to‑day pastry and bakery operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards; monitor production planning to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
