Hiring for the role of Cluster Head – BBG (Business Banking Group) in a Bank.


location-Amritsar /Punjab


Mandatory Criteria:

  • Candidate must currently be handling a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) in the BBG/Business Banking segment.
  • Strong and proven experience in managing Business Banking portfolios, client acquisition, liability and asset products, and team performance.
  • Excellent knowledge of the BBG vertical, including MSME, SME, Working Capital, Trade Finance, and Business Banking products.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of achieving business targets and driving team productivity.
  • Strong stakeholder management, customer relationship, and portfolio management skills.
  • Candidate must be thoroughly screened and evaluated before submission.
  • Preference for candidates currently working with banks or financial institutions in a similar capacity.
