ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will manage 4 to 5 White Restaurant outlets across Singapore on a field-based basis with direct reports of 4 to 5 Restaurant Managers. You are the person your Restaurant Managers call when they need someone in their corner, and also the person who holds them accountable when the standard slips. Both things are true at the same time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Visit each outlet in your cluster at least twice a week and know your outlets better than anyone
