Job Description
Our client is a lifestyle hospitality group renowned for its laid-back beachfront resorts, island experiences, and vibrant dining concepts across Bali and the surrounding islands. They are seeking an experienced Cluster Operations Manager to oversee and align day-to-day operations across multiple business units, drive operational excellence, optimise performance, and ensure consistent service standards and guest experiences across the portfolio.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of managerial experience within the hospitality industry, especially in small boutique properties in Bali.
- Previous work experience in Gili or other small islands in Indonesia is preferred.
- Previous experience overseeing multiple properties or multi-outlet operations.
- Experience managing remote island or destination operations will be considered a strong advantage.
