About the job Cluster Project Development Head NCR East
FILINVEST LAND, INC. The Cluster Head is directly involved in the development of the clusters projects from inception to completion and turnover of the property. Spearheads the clusters growth by driving and strategizing for sales, operational efficiency and profitability. Responsible in the analytical aspects of the projects which include but not limited to market and target analysis, site analysis, financial feasibility, etc. Conceptualizes and implements effective marketing campaigns and is responsible in sales forecasting to ensure financial stability of the projects under the cluster. Handles and oversees people management, training and succession planning.
