Job Description

Retail Programs


  • Development, management, and execution of country retail network plan in line with the retail business strategy. Evaluation, development, execution, and administration of all retail projects.

  • Profit and Loss Optimization – Review and challenge retail station P&Ls as presented by the Territory Managers.

  • Training – Identify the Training needs and to be point of contact for the deployment of all Retail Training, Retail Excellence and Station Operational Excellence Requirements and Delivery

  • FMCG Research –gather research and develop implementation strategies with Country Retail Manager

  • Customer Research – identify and analyze the key components of customer behavior to improve marketing insights.

  • Ensure all retail sites, leases and contracts are valid and properly documented as per regulations.
