Cluster Sales Director – Multi-Property MICE & Groups

Novotel Hotels is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales based in Dubai. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies across the Radisson Blu Dubai Deira Creek and the Accor Gold District Cluster. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience, and a proven track record in revenue growth.

The successful individual will lead a high-performing team while working closely with various departments to drive business in Corporate, Government, Leisure, and MICE segments.
