Purpose:
The Cluster School Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the school's educational programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role involves frequent engagement with School Leaders, School Core Group, teaching staff, monitoring sessions, and maintaining program integrity.
Work Location: Pune
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular lesson observations to assess teaching quality and curriculum implementation.
- Attend and support weekly micro-teaching sessions to enhance instructional effectiveness.
- Participate in weekly contact sessions and provide feedback and guidance to teachers.
- Perform notebook audits to ensure quality, completeness, and consistency of student work.
- Maintain and review weekly academic and operational trackers.
