**Responsibilities**
+ Provide technical oversight and hands-on engineering support for CMT and Special Inspection services
+ Ensure compliance with local jurisdiction specifications and reporting requirements
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships with engineers, architects, developers, and contractors
+ Support business development efforts through networking and market awareness
+ Assist with operations, staff coordination, scheduling, and quality control
