- The client Certified Nurse Assistant position brings quality of care to all residents and families by following guidelines, policy, and procedures set up through our skilled nursing facility.
- This role helps the residents with their activities of daily living and assists in various ways to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.
- Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.
- Report on any changes in resident conditions to the nurse
- Obtain vitals, weights and other information as needed
- Meeting resident needs in a timely manner
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse
- Perform other duties as requested
