*AK CNA license can be pending, but candidate must have already submitted the Alaska CNA license application in order to apply. If they have not already submitted application please redirect.
o Candidate must provide documentation of license application that includes application submittal, application fee paid, FPs submitted, educational verification submitted, license verification submitted.
If their AK CNA license is pending they must also submit the following with their application:
oValid CNA license in another state
oVerification of completion of a formal CNA training program (must be able to provide certificate, transcript, etc.)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 4x12 Variable (or 3x12 Variable - traveler's choice)
-Note that caregivers are not asked to rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent staffing needs). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on...
