Position Overview

The Preceptor CNA provides hands-on training and mentorship to new CNA orientees and NAIT students in a skilled nursing setting. This role supports clinical excellence and helps uphold HMR Veterans Services’ high standards of resident care while fostering a positive learning environment. This position is open to current HMR employees only.
