We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Controller / Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, including turning, slotting, drilling, and boring mill equipment, to produce high-quality precision components.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (turning, slotting, drilling, and boring mills)
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor machine adjustments
- Conduct routine inspections using measuring instruments (verniers, micrometers, gauges)
- Ensure all components meet required tolerances and quality standards
