**Job Description**
This role operates a variety of drilling and machining equipment to fabricate precision parts in a large manufacturing environment. The drilling operator applies shop mathematics, interprets blueprints, and uses measuring instruments to set up and run equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring parts are produced to exact specifications and delivered on schedule.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate upright drill presses, CNC machining centers, saws, radial arm drills, hand drills, and related machining equipment to fabricate parts according to specifications.
+ Apply shop mathematics, including decimals, complex fractions, and simple algebra, to determine cutting depths, feed rates, and revolutions per minute for various products.
