Job Description
Responsibilities
- Production Management: Oversee daily production of the CNC department, formulate production plans, and ensure on-time and quality completion of orders.
- Equipment and Technology: Manage CNC equipment maintenance, debugging and technical improvement, and solve technical problems in production.
- Team Management: Responsible for recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluation of CNC operators, and improve team efficiency.
- Quality Control: Supervise production quality to ensure compliance with standards, handle quality abnormalities and formulate preventive measures.
- Cost and Safety: Control production material consumption and costs, implement workshop safety regulations, and avoid safety accidents.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing, R&D and other departments to ensure smooth production and report department operation status.
