**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist – 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
This position is for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist on 2nd shift, responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC milling machines in a precision production environment. You will train on 1st shift with a flexible schedule before moving to a steady 2nd shift that includes built-in overtime in a 50-hour work week.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and run CNC milling machines independently, including fixtures, vises, and rotary setups, to produce high-quality parts to specification.
+ Maintain part and process specifications by observing tooling, taking accurate measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting controls, and replacing worn tools as needed.
+ Read and interpret customer blueprints and company operation sheets to determine machining requirements, dimensions, and tolerances.
