CNC Miller

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £35, - £45,

TEC Partners is recruiting an experienced CNC Miller to join its clients precision machining team. This is a hands-on role producing high-quality components to tight tolerances in a clean, professional, and well-equipped workshop.

The Role

  • Produce precision components using CNC milling machines
  • Work from engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Manufacture parts to tight tolerances and high-quality finishes
  • Inspect and sign off your own work using measuring equipment
  • Complete quality and inspection documentation
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working area
  • Support continuous improvement and best practice on the shop floor

    • What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller
  • Experience working on 3, 4 & 5-axis milling machines
